Aeroseal empowers residential builders to effortlessly meet and exceed code requirements for both single-family and multi-family homes, while implementing sustainability programs and green building practices. Our innovative air sealing technology ensures maximum energy efficiency and enhanced indoor air quality, helping you achieve your construction goals with confidence.
The TNS team will arrive at your job site ready to prep the area covering any openings and/or finished surfaces that won’t be sealed. The AeroBarrier Connect system is then set up. It includes a blower door, nozzle stations, and hoses, a fan with lay-flat tubing, and the master control unit.
Using a single blower door, emitters, and hoses, the space is pressurized. After that, a computer controls the entire process including the temperature, pressure, humidity, and distribution of sealant within the space.
The AeroBarrier process seals in real-time giving our team the controls to achieve your desired level of airtightness. At the end of the process, a final blower door test is run to verify the air sealing results, we then provide a Certificate of Completion that shows pre and post leakage.
After the air sealing is complete, work can resume in the space within 30 minutes. At that time, cleanup of all equipment and removal of all tape and coverings will occur.
